You can choose the type of repair that suits you the best:
- An onsite repair and we will come to you.
- A remote repair call you five minutes before the appointment time and send you a link so we can control your computer remotely. Please see our Remote Computer Repairs page for items suitable for remote computer repairs. When making a booking for a computer repair, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
All appointments are subject to our terms and conditions.
Standard Operating Area
Our standard operating area is as shown above in the green area. We can offer support outside of this area at a small extra fee, see below for additional charges. We offer onsite repairs in The North Wales Area as follows:
- Inside the green area, no additional charge (up to Abergele, Trofarth, Maenan and Crymlyn Llanfairfechan)
- Inside the blue area, we charge £5.00 per hour on top of our standard labour charge per visit (up to Rhyl, Llanfair Talhaiarn, Betws-y-Coed and Bangor)
- Inside the red area, we charge £25.00 per hour on top of our standard labour charge per visit (up to Gronant, Llanrhaeadr Denbigh, Bylchau Denbigh, Penmachno, Capel Curig, Penygroes Caernarfon, Gwalchmai and Benllech)
Outside the red area, you can choose remote computer repair, but we will not be able to offer an onsite follow-up if required.
