A: Repair times vary based on the issue. Minor software fixes may take a few hours, while hardware replacements could take a day or two. Rest assured, we prioritise speedy service without compromising quality. If the computer has to go to our workshop we always quote 48 hours turnaround.

Q. Do you offer Business Computer Repairs?

A: Absolutely! We are able to help your with your IT infrastructure onsite at a time that suits you. For business pay the same hourly rate as domestic customers, at £35.00 an hour, the only difference is there is no time cap on the charges.

Q: Do I need to bring my computer to your shop?

A: We do not have a computer repair shop. We offer repairs in your home or at your business premises. Additionally, we offer remote computer repairs. Simply book a slot, describe the issue, and our technician will connect remotely to diagnose and fix the problem. You can sip your tea while we work our magic. Should the repair require longer than the booked time, we will return the computer to our workshop, and all work will be quoted for before we take your computer away.

Q: What if my data is sensitive?

A: Your data is safe with us. We handle it with utmost care. Whether it is family photos, business files, or that secret recipe, we treat it like gold. We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office Reference ZB152503

Q: How much will it cost?

A: Our pricing is transparent. You’ll receive an upfront quote before any work begins. No surprises – just fair rates for exceptional service. Our labour charges are quoted on our price list page.

Q: Can you fix cracked screens?

A: Absolutely! Our screen surgeons delicately replace shattered displays. Your laptop will look brand new – no more squinting through spiderwebs. However, where there is a bonded screen (glued in similar to a tablet) we cannot repair those.

Q: What if I spill liquid on my keyboard?

A: Accidents happen! We’ve seen it all. Our keyboard whisperers will fix it like it never happened. Your coffee-stained keys will thank us. But please, turn off the power to your computer and do not use it at all before contacting us.

Q: Is your service available on weekends?

A: No, sorry we offer our repair services are only available during our working hours (see footer).

Q: Do you offer any guarantee?

A: Absolutely! Our repairs come with a guarantee. If the issue persists, we will put it right, often at no extra cost.
