Q: Do I need to bring my computer to your shop?

A: We do not have a computer repair shop. We offer repairs in your home or at your business premises. Additionally, we offer remote computer repairs. Simply book a slot, describe the issue, and our technician will connect remotely to diagnose and fix the problem. You can sip your tea while we work our magic. Should the repair require longer than the booked time, we will return the computer to our workshop, and all work will be quoted for before we take your computer away.

Q: What if my data is sensitive?
