We will phone you and connect to your computer remotely during the phone call. We recommend you be available during the repair if we need to ask questions or have you enter passwords. You should never reveal passwords to anyone! At the end of the computer repair, we will show you how to remove the software we have used.
Please Note that Our remote computer repair service is unsuitable If your computer cannot be turned on or you cannot connect to the web.
If we cannot repair your computer remotely or where remote computer repair is not suitable, we will offer you a repair in your own home (unless you are outside our standard operating area), please contact us.

How Does The Remote Computer Repair Work?
Our engineer will call you at your appointment time and ask you to install a small piece of software. We will send you the link to this software to your email address or we can provide a download link over the phone.
Just book your remote computer repair appointment, please provide as much detail of the issue as possible including the make/model of your computer and the operating system in use and we will send you confirmation of the appointment of the repair
When Can You Repair My Computer?
Any time during our normal office hours (see our contact page for more details) and with a pre-arranged appointment.
What Happens During The Call?
Our engineer will call you to repair your computer and confirm you can access your computer and the internet.
Once contact is made, our engineer will email you a link to a small app called Zoho Assist.
During the call, you may wish to remain with your computer to monitor what the engineer will do. They are more than happy for you to do this and we actively encourage it. But, of course, you are free to do other things if you wish but you should be available if needed.
At the end of the call, the engineer will ask you to check everything is as you want and expect it to be.
If a repair is not able to be carried out, the engineer will issue a full refund at this point. When you will receive your money back depends on the banking system. This can take anywhere between 1-10 working days.
The engineer will demonstrate how to remove the app you downloaded, you will be safe to do this after the call.
If you have difficulties uninstalling it, do not hesitate to call back and one of our team will talk you through the process.

Payment is made before the repair, we will provide you with a full refund if we are unable to repair remotely or in line with our no-fix-no-fee policy.
